Job flow 12 · send-email (wallet emails on email-jobs) Diagram

Top-up completed: handleTopupSucceeded → queuePurchaseConfirmation adds job wallet-purchase-<purchaseId> (fixed ID, deduplicated while its retained job ID exists) with 'Wallet Credit Purchase Confirmation - <org>': amount paid in the purchase currency, credits added, gateway, transaction ID, available balance, totals. An in-app notification is written at the same time. wallet_purchases.confirmationQueuedAt is set once queued; a missed one is re-queued by task:wallet-coupon-expiry after 2 minutes.
Debit crosses below the threshold (balance before ≥ threshold, after < threshold): debitWallet adds job wallet-low-balance-<wallet>-<time> with 'Alert: Low Wallet Credit Balance - <org>' plus an in-app notification. Threshold = last credit added × alert %.
The worker sends the HTML as stored in the job. A failed send throws; BullMQ retries 3 times with backoff.
No receipt PDF is attached to the purchase confirmation.
